Claire Sandbrook is one of only 60 Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers
operating in England and Wales.
She is CEO of Shergroup, a leading legal services company that delivers a
strategic range of services in the security, outsourcing, legal and enforcement
sectors.
As a former Chair of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association and
Board Member of the Institute of Credit Management, Claire champions the raising
of enforcement standards across the credit industry.
She has written and contributed to seven books including Enforcement of a
Judgment (11th Edition) and Debt Recovery Through The Courts (1st Edition) for
Sweet and Maxwell.
